found a 629 .44 at LGS
I'm thinking about putting wood grips on it. Recommendations?
Need to replace the rear sight blade, and I'm not sure which height is correct (factory spec). Looks like there's a .160 on there, but .146 and .126 also available for it.
What I really want to find is a Millett SK00003 rear sight if anybody has any leads for me. Havn't had any luck with my searches yet, probably getting hard to find nowadays.
I read a little about Rough Country and Weigand sights last night. Not sure what else might be out there. So far Millett have been my favorite (I have them on another revolver).
