i hope you can get a close match to magpuls fde. otherwise i think black may be the safer bet for me.
is the silver going to be raw aluminum, clear anodize, or silver anodize? if its clear that would be tempting too. i just polished my bolt so it might look as good as fde

whoa whoa whoa.
ok if you can produce a raptor style ambi handle i have to have it. please provide details! i can wait patiently for that. this current design youre offering looks very high quality, but i prefer to charge with my right hand while bench shooting and an ambi handle is what ive been waiting for! i have seen the plinker in person and have been hoping a better version would be produced

That's what Hogue calls their FDE color.

I think the silver one makes it look more like a custom made part rather than FDE or black, so........ just placed my order for one

Looks great, would love to see a complete drop in unit. I have never played with roll pins but now is a good time to learn

Roll pins are super easy to push out with a 1/16 punch and push in with a 3/32 or larger punch or piece of wood or whatever you want to use that won't damage the pin or the handle.
There are quite a few levers available, so I am not getting into that pool yet.
Levers are like hand guards. Any of the hundreds and hundreds available are perfect. I will come up with my own version, but it has to be what I think is right first. I will not make anything that is "close" or almost there.

Not saying I doubt you, I'll just HAVE to see this to believe it. The Raptor is pretty darn sweet.
