New 360pd.. what are my options on trigger work?

I purchased a new 360PD the other day. So far love the gun, but the trigger pull is tough (to me anyway). I have some local guys that do that type work, but because of the gun being an airweight, I'm hesitant to have it done locally fearing it could cause a warranty that I may need to be invalid.

I just wanted to run the "what are my options for trigger work" question by the collective.

Thanks all....

Give it some time and a lot of dry firing and it should improve considerably. If you still feel like it could be better I suggest Pinnacle High Performance, Mark did the work on my 360J (same basic gun as yours) about a year and a half ago and I've been very pleased with it. DA is light and smooth and SA is incredible, best I've felt.

I bought some snap caps yesterday hoping that dry firing would help, so thanks for that feedback...

It's crazy to see how far my CT laser pulls off target when I'm squeezing....

I've got a CT LG-105 laser grip on mine, I have no problem holding it steady while squeezing through the double action, it's very slick for a j-frame.

I just put the CT's on. Sighting is greatly improved. The snubbies really benefit from the CT's. I got the 105 grip also. I'm hoping practice will improve the sighting issue.

I got the longer 105 model thinking it might help a bit with the .357 loads but haven't had the chance to shoot yet. Think I'll feel much of a difference?

I think the longer grip makes a world of difference. I shoot this M60 a lot with 357 loads. It is a bit heaver gun but I can also get 3 fingers on it.

The wifes 442 has the longer grip on it now too.

The small grips hide better but I really like 3 fingers on the gun.

Funny, my 360PD has a very decent trigger. I'm guessing that it's been dry fired enough to smoothen out.
FWIW, I've got CT 405's on mine . The rubber web "bubble" on the 305 and 405 really help tame recoil on this UL gun.

IMO, 105's are the way to go, they don't hang up on anything, they fit the gun well, and shooting with them feels similar to wood boot grips. My gun has been rechambered to 9x23 but I usually load it with 9mm +P+, even at 13oz recoil hasn't been an issue.

M&P 360

I had my friend and 'smith put some wolf springs in my MP 360 as well as some fine polishing inside. I put a nice set of "woods" on it and it is as sweet as they get. It gets drug around MOST places I go.........

I have a 340, I have replaced the rebound spring with a wolf 14# and the hammer spring with a wolf 8# spring. I have about 1000 rounds through it, cci, win, and fed match grade primers through it without a FTF.
It is my daily carry and have no fear of FTF with the reduced power springs, although I do use the Federal Match Grade for my defensive reloads (I know that is another topic).
I have a set of 405CT grips and they are awsum.
