New 686+; 3" with Unfluted Cylinder, Customer Service Says It's a Mistake

I believe I bought the last one. So they said. Now if I could just get a 4" unfluted I would have a 3" a 4" a 5" & a 6" all unfluted.

I have one that's unfluted with a ported barrel or mag-comp and a performance center stamp on the side

Customer Service wasn't much help. They said the unfluted cylinder should not be on the 686+ with SKU #164300, yet we have seen more than one with an unfluted cylinder posted here.

Revolver King, that will be a nice collection when you complete it. Is the SKU on your other unfluted 686s different than the SKU on the fluted versions?

Yes they are all different. My 6" is a hunter 686-3 as shown below.
