New Client

I can see the makings for a good movie here... keep meticulous notes..

I have had the dubious pleasure of being up close and personal with some people like that. Their view of the world or society in general would send shivers up the spine of most "normal" folks. I spent over 22 years as a street cop and I sincerely believe there are some people who are just evil. I know it sounds sorta funny but there are people out there doing things that any normal person would think only happens in a movie. There are evil people and I have seen some of the terrible things that these sick bas^&%ds can and will do to other people. The world isn't as nice as most of us would like it to be. Just my thoughts from the Big Sky Country, and yes we have more than our share of evil criminals in Montana. Be safe all keep your powder dry and your head down.

Sad fact but most likely we pass someone on the street or sidewalk weekly just like that, would rather kill you than look at you.

I would not worry about all those rumors of what happens to attorneys that don’t get fellow Banditos off. I feel certain they will cut you some slack, since it sounds like the new client is guilty. I mean they are reasonable people at heart and I feel certain they would not hold a guilty verdict against you in any way whatsoever.

However, that said you might consider taking out a little more life insurance just in case.

Get a big retainer. In cash. Nothing bigger than twenties. Used money, no consecutive serial numbers. Then send it to me. I'll hold onto it until the trial is over. If you don't get killed, I'll send it back. If you do get killed, What Money?

The best way to handle one of these crazies is to act like you are crazier than they are.Make them wonder where YOU are coming from. This shouldn't be any problem for Caj.
While this is humorous, it simply can't be done. I've had the misfortune to have to deal with some motorcycle 1%ers. The Bandidos are no joke and nothing to be taken lightly. If indeed this fellow was tossed out due to being too crazy for them (probably a lie the felon himself started to try to up his rep), then he would make Charles Manson look like a choir boy.

one thing that the 1%'ers know is this.......never kill/rob a lawyer or a bail bondsman....... sooner or later they will need the services of both & it doesn't do to get either group mad at you for life.........

I've known a few Bandidos, along with some members of affiliate gangs. They have a tendency to say the same of the Angels.

For the most part, if you stay out of their way they stay out of yours. Don't get between the two groups though or you'll be caught in the crossfire.

Speaking of the banditos. Their local chapter here does a Toys for Tots thing every Christmas. Sometimes, they even team up with the Marines Toys for Tots drive. So far,the Marines havent bashed any bandito heads in yet. :D

It would be interesting to ask any of his old teachers when that "look" showed up. I've seen it in elemetary school early on, and it's chilling.

Anyone who believes the Hells Angels have cleaned up their act is naive. They've simply gotten smarter. Their Toys For Tots and other charitable acts are just good PR to help offset their well deserved bad reputation. They also have very good, well paid lawyers funded through their criminal activities. True, they have branched out into legal fronts, but at their core, they are criminals involved in drug distribution, murder for hire, kidnapping, prostitution, and extortion. Nice guys? Yeah, right.

I've heard they do provide an excellent debt recovery service :D

I have seen it also at an early age in a child, sad to say but he is now in prison for armed robbery.

It makes me wonder if it could be a genetic trait?
