I have a 625-8. I put a Vortex Venom RDS on it and shoot out to 50 yds with it now. My eyesight isn't the best so a little help was needed. Enjoy.

Seems I was mistaken and my revolver is a 625-8 Performance Center 45acp.

Not a lot of difference there. I think it was about $100 about 10 years ago. Not sure what the extra $100 was for, maybe the psychedelic grips.
I changed the grips on mine. The entire revolver was more or less spec'd out by Jerry Miculek. I can never remember how to spell his name. Nice revolver and good times for sure.

I changed out the multi colored grips as well. These are the improved checkered grips from Hogue.

I think mine has Hogue grips also but some exotic Tulipwood or something. I don't even remember now. I've had it awhile.
