Hey everybody im new to the forum, Just wanted to show you all my sigma 40 cal. The sig has had a few things done to it since i got it nib, Fully polished slide & barrel 1 times so far:p, High polished feed ramp "there will be no jamming here", Then i removed the lowest spring from the trigger assembly and the outer of the upper 2 springs really makes for a much better trigger pull.

Welcome to the forum.Very nice gun you have there. I too have a SW40VE and like it very much. There are alot of Sigma owners here and they all like their Sigmas too. :)

Thank you sir, I am in the process of painting the letters on the gun now, nothing on the slide just the S&W symbol and the "caution capable of firing with magazine removed"......here a few after the first coat

So how does she shoot? Can you switch the barrel and shoot 9mm or 357 sig like you can with a Glock??

Well sir, i have to say it shoots very very well. Very reliable no jams stovepipes etc etc....i actually stopped carrying my xdm .40 because i liked my sigma so much as for the barrel portion of the question....i cant track down a 357 sig barrel anywhere!!:mad::mad::mad: i would like to do so i have 1 for the xdm its mostly just nice to be able to rotate barrels to keep them in good shape. A 9mm conversion never dawned upon me Thats actually a great idea would be cheaper to shoot at the range and or softer recoil during some private training mighty fine idea sir:cool:

I'm pretty sure that this was discussed previously but at this point in time I doubt it. Evan if someone attemted to make a conversion barrel there is another issue to deal with and that is that the current sigma 9mm mag will not properly fit in a 40S&W frame.
