A warm "Howdy" from an S&W and all other firearms from a guy in Oregon. My son lives in League City outside Houston, and I am leaving in the middle of May for a trip on my BMW K1200GT starting here and going thru parts of Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and on into Texas to see the Big Bend area of your fine state. I will then scoot over to see my son, his wife and my grandchildren and then work my way back North via New Mexico, Utah, Idaho and into Oregon. Have fun on the Forum, and don't be shy about asking questions and contributing to threads you are interested in.
PS: I'm an N Frame fan too! Following is a list of what I have acquired thus far:
5" Mod 27
6" Mod 28
4" Mod 28
2 ea 4" Mod 29's
5" Mod 29 "Classic" no-lock. Perhaps my favorite "shooting" .44 mag
6" Mod 29
71/2" Mod 29
6" Mod 25 45 LC
4" blued Mod 58 41 Mag
4" Nickel Mod 58 "" ""
4" Blued Mod 57 that I love to shoot
4" Blued Mod 57 ANI Wooden display case
6" Blued Mod 57 ANI Blue box
All of my S&W revolvers are blued with the exception of the nickel 58 above, a 2" Mod 60 with adjustable sights, and a couple of the early 2000's model 5 shot snubbie .38's. Damned; I could have save myself some typing by stating my preference for blued revolvers up front.
