the 3900s hold 8 rounds and the 3953 is clean and dont have a safety lever. I think the CS9 has a shorter barrel.

The CS guns are DA/SA with decocking/safety levers unless you have a DA only variant, which is why they aren't "clean" like your 3953 DA pistol.

The CS series have 3" barrels.
