Hot off the press, just got them in today.
All the millions of government waste, and not a problem, I'll just throw away the 1000 or so I have left to make sure and use the latest.

Pic of page one.

Question 14 really stands out to me (no judgment)...

Looks like fewer yes/no questions?..... or......Are the others located on the flip side?

So now the cover page has all the buyers info and what they are buying .... hmm so now it's an easy audit snap pic and add to registry all in one move.

Government overreach !!

A simple "yes" or "no" requires a value judgement that may be overly influenced by cultural or other factors, therefore is much too restrictive to apply to everyone equally. We need to consider the feelings of those who are required to respond to such questions before we give any credence to those responses.

Seriously, who do we think we are when we require others to occupy the same relative plane of reality that we identify with? The degree of stress that we are forcing upon others could prove to be unsustainable for many people, regardless of their racial, ethnic, or other backgrounds.

The goal is inclusiveness, which precludes such pre-judgements that require others to meet our narrowly defined categories.

They can snap pictures if they like all day every day no matter how many pages the form has. It's a bit of a stretch.... your comment.

The registry exists already, y'all go through a background check. Don't think that info is not kept  that's your registry tight there...

They don't know the exact make and model but they know the type. Plus, if you go out of business all your files will go to the ATF.

That cover page has all your info : name address and the make model and serial # where it used to be separated on the second page ... why so it's easier for them to know where the guns are and what they are looking for.

Most of us (born in 60' myself) will not experience the fall...yeah..... the real ammo shortage is coming....but, we are the 'UNITED' STATES of AMERICA.....WE; have been taught what to do......

I find it more curious why the government needs to know the ethnicity/race of applicants???? First question is whether you are Hispanic or Non-Hispanic. Why is that question singled out? In A Pew Research study, two-thirds of Hispanic people think they are a race not an ethnicity. Besides, what difference should it make what race or ethincity you are when buying a firearm? What do you suppose is the real reason the government asks?

My biggest concern in what I see there is it's not handgun, Long gun or other anymore, now it's way more specific including Manufacture, Model, Ser#, Cal. etc. I really don't think they need all that info.

The last time I had my annual eye exam, the ophthalmologist's registrar had me fill out a new patient information form, which asked which gender I wanted to identify with, and which pronoun I preferred.

I'm 67 years old, 6'3", 275 pounds, with a full head of hair and a mustache I've had since 1971. I smiled at her and said: "Do I look like I've ever had any doubt about what I am?" She laughed and told me they have to ask... :)

Well... What's the answer? :D I know plenty of women with mustaches. :p

Seriously, my FFL says if I tell him that I can't figure out if I am male or female that day, he's gonna throw me out! :D

Sorry guys, but that train has departed, and left those of you who have an issue here behind at the station. Non-binary is a thing.

There are 11 states by now which issue drivers licenses or state ID's with the non-binary gender identification, making that a legal gender.

Forcing folks in that group to chose male or female if they wanted to buy a gun, per the old form, amounted to either expecting them to lie on a federal form or denying them their constitutional right to acquire a gun.

If your social prejudices supercede your commitment to the 2nd Amendment, that's your pleasure, of course.
