Nighthawk Revolver?

A private party wants to sell me a Nighthawk snub-nose. I've never heard of one. Can anyone give me a clue?

You will need more information. Is this an S&W revolver? Can you get a model number? Could this person be confusing Nighthawk with Night guard?

I'll bet it's a Night Guard. Yeah, I figured I'd have to call back and ask. I just didn't want to look dumb. Thank you very much. This helps.

Interesting. I talked to the owner again, and she thinks it is indeed a Nighthawk. She thinks they stopped making the Nighthawk and started making the Nightguard. She thinks it is a .454?

Well, I certainly am intrigued.

In .454 cal it's probably a Ruger RedHawk (maybe there was a special blacked out version called the NightHawk).

It is essentially a Nightguard. Model 329, but not 329NG. 675.00 and like-new. I'm happy. Thanks again for the help. Oh, and it's a .44 mag.
