First phone call I got was that my best friend's chemo is doing more harm than good and they are going to discuss 'options' which might consistent of not many options at all. He's not taking things well.
Then I got a call from my Sis. My Dad, who has cancer, was lucid two weeks ago when we visited. Friday he had to go to the ER, got morphine and was transferred to an 'end of life' care facility. My bro said he was comfortable and breathing easy which are good things. We were going to make a trip up there today, knowing that he would probably be in a near coma. I got the call from my Sis today that my father had died. He didn't suffer and we are glad of that. Now to tend to the details. We'd appreciate any prayer support you can muster. Thanks.
