I was hoping someone might be able to help identify this gun. The image was sent to me by a friend. A coworker of his owns this gun and said her grandfather found it in a haystack in Germany during WWII. Don't know any more about it. I could probably get more photos if necessary. Thanks.

Typical European single shot inexpensive
"Parlor" pistol. The are also called a " Flobert" and fired a very low power rimfire cartridge for indoor target practice or plinking. They are usually 4mm to 5.5mm caliber, with various barrel lengths. These are circa 1890-1930s, usually not marked with a makers name or even have proof marks. Ed #15

Thanks Ed. That helped a lot. I googled "Flobert" and "Parlor Pistols" and found additional info. I passed it along to my friend.
