Trop gun shop in Elizabethtown pa has a bunch of 22lr right now 15 bricks if federal and blazer 525 rds and a bunch or 50 and 100 packs of different stuff. It's priced we'll too $23 for the 525 bricks.
 
Yep, saw it and had it in the cart and was already to putting in payment in less than 1 min, site locked up and came back "unavailable quantity".
 
PSA sucks all gunbot.net has done is allow the gougers to find ammo and put it on gunbroker the number of auctions for blazers has quadrupled this wk
 
I managed to score 2 bricks of 500 Federal 40 gr solids from PSA - just happened to look at gunbot at the right time. No beep, though. Thanks to this thread, I should have enough ammo for now.

I got one! Order confirmed by email. I'm happy.

I bought my first gun -- a Sig 1911-22 -- over a month ago and this is my first box of ammo. $22.99 + $7 for shipping. I can live with that.

I would have ordered a couple, but Sig recommends plated round nose, specifically CCI mini mag, and I want to see how these bullets feed. The weight and velocity look right. I'm just not sure about plain lead. I'll find out in a few weeks.

BTW - how many rounds is a brick? (I keep seeing the term used.)

You should be fine, just make sure to clean it after every hundred rounds or so.
 
lucky duck. this is my first day on this site. glad i found it. every walmart in southern mo is sold out of 22 and anyone who has it wants $40-50 for 500 rds.

Swanny, I know its frustrating but good people are scoring ammo here. You win some, you lose some and I'm sure some of these links find the gougers but at least the BOT is giving us a fighting chance. I live in SC been to PSA a few times. It's a nice honest operation. Shipping is cheap and fast. Perhaps they will invest in better servers after this but ordinarily their system works fine. Hang in there pal :)
 
I was able to get 4 bricks from Palmetto State, it took a while to submit the payment, but just got the email confirmation. I am officially done now. I will keep looking for you guys though. I like the hunt!!!
 
Once a company makes the gunbot list.. I can basically forget ever getting anything from there for the near future.
