SK Standard Plus 22 Long Rifle 40 Grain Lead Round Nose Ammunition

they are going on my boycott list i am surprised they started to price gauge as well this is sad that these big company's are not raising their prices

I am not wrong that's a really good price that's a premium 22lr target brand. I seen some of the top end premium 22 ammo go for as much as 22 dollars a box. I know personally I been thinking about splurging and buying a few boxes of Eley, RWS or Wolf ammo. I like to see what my 77/22 to can do at extremely long range (150-200 yards) with the good stuff.

I've never shot the Wolf Match, but I have shot a lot of Eley Ten-X and some RWS in my 77/22 over the years. It has the standard barrel (bought in 1985) but the action was worked over by Jim Clark in Shreveport, Louisiana. Given a no wind day, I can generally keep everything close to 1 MOA from the bench.

That's pretty encouraging I love the rifle so far I cant wait to see what its long range accuracy is. I have read good and bad about the rifle but it seems like there have been more reports of good then bad in the accuracy department.

Between the Eley and the RWS which did you prefer?

A really good site I found was dansammo.com yesterday. Scored 5000rds of Fiocchi 40grn 22lr for $352.00 shipped. Ordered yesterday afternoon and it is being shipped today. Awesome guy. It is sold out now, but check it out. They also had 1000rds of Fiocchi 5.56 for like $500.00 too, but gone now.

Just trying to help.

It's been a few years since I was doing that shooting, but if my old memory isn't too senile, Eley was probably a mite better. But again that was close to 15 years ago. Another accurate ammo that I used for NRA Silhouette was Winchester Super Silhouette. Unfortunately it's no longer made. Even in the 80s I was paying ten cents a round. I still have a K of it. :)

LGS had/has about 30-40 325ct packs of federal auto match 26$ a piece I grabbed a few :)... Or 6

Although labeled as such, those weren't minimags.

I've seen several items on Luckygunner today...a couple minutes ago there were some Remington Thunderbolt bricks. They don't last long enough to post on here.
