My local Walmart stopped their ammo list today, where they would hold inventory of requested ammo and call those on the list in order. So maybe other Walmarts have done the same so be sure to check your local store to find out if they had a list and if it's still active.

I never even knew they did this.. this might explain why 3 walmarts in my area are cleaned out everytime I go in.
