OFFICIAL Using Wal-Mart App/Website

I never find any ammo thanks to the app, It's pretty much luck. Last time I was on the other side of the town and decided to stop in and found a 100 round box of .38sp. I have found .22 out of luck too. The only place I can count on these days in Sports Academy as they don't put it out at random times as another member mentioned their walmart started doing. I believe mine is doing that as well now.

as I stood by the case this morning 3 guys ahead of me were looking at the fed 50pk 22LR that came in, each bought the 3 boxs allowed and nobody looked at the 100pks of Fed 9MM, I waited for another guy and the same thing, so then I bought 3 100pks of 9mm myself, there were 6 left when I left the counter. 50pks of 22LR don't really interest me, sorry, bricks or nothing. I would still like to snag a box of M22 or Win 555 but nothing so far. I plenty of 9mm to trade for a box of M22 :)

M22 won't cycle any if our semi's very well. I'll use in my Henry rifle though.

I had a strange thing happen. I have been looking for 223/556. The app showed some Winchester 5.56 in stock. Went in and there was some Tula 223 in stock in the store but the app showed it as Out of Stock.

It's been hit or miss with the app for me.

BrotherDave/ pistol M&P 22 about one in 12 FTE , also Beretta Neos and Walther PPK/S clean and frog lubed like everything else.

Have you ever thought...just for a second...you people are the ones causing the shortage?????!!!!
Its amazing to me that there are people out there hoarding ammo for no reason but to provde how much they can buy!!! THESE ARE THE PEOPLE CASUING THE SHORTAGE. And many of them are then selling their low priced ammo on several of the broker sites for a 500% profit! Come on USA gun owners lets try not to be like the rest of the world that is dragging our USA down!!!

The Wal-Mart employees brought in the Tula that they bought last month and traded it for the Winchester.

I am sure this app thing works, but what you can't see is the the insider. These are the guys that stock at night and see the ammo comming off the truck and call there buddies. I have a friend who's the General Manager at one of our large Wal-Marts and he has actually caught employees for doing it. A Wal-Mart employee doesn't make much so if they pick up a extra $10.00 or $ 20.00 for doing it seems worth it to them to take the chance of getting caught. I used this system in the past, but I used my friend to look it up in the in store computer. I gave it up months ago, I got tried of running to Wal-Mart. MidwayUSA was doing 'notify me" on their webpage and now I see they stopped doing it.

I helped one of our Senators with his election and we have decided that if you can't get the anti-gun bills passed, they are going after the ammo. Is it in the Constitution? Nope, it only refers to guns. Maybe we can find an insider that works for DHS. Seriously DHS it not buying 22 LR, maybe the manufacrurers are using the raw material to make 9s, 40s and 45s, where the real money is.

It is my opinion if you don't have enough by now, you are in it for the long haul, maybe up to a year or longer. When or should I say if it does become readily available at what price? If you are buying just for the range I can understand that, I buy defense rounds, which normally are not at Wal-Mart. What is strange to me is why there are not more ammo manufacturers starting up. What's up with that?

I wish everyone luck on whatever method you use, I mean it.

Our store had tula .223 showing in stock for the last week and a half and every time I was in the store I checked and they didn't have it on the shelves.

Last night 9mm showed up and I went in just to see what else might have showed up and the tula was on the shelf.

They said it showed up with the 9mm but I think it was in the back the whole time.

Scored 2 375 round CCI AR22 bulk packs and a Winchester 100 round 9mm this morning.

Just missed the 1000 round M22s.

I managed to get 300 12g federal multi-purpose, now I don't have to break my shoulder reloading for next months clays tournament on a single stage. 12g ammo seems to have gone up A LOT, it was $83 OTD. I remember the last time I bought the bulk packs it was $19/100 not $25.

You've had trouble finding 12 ga?? It seems that's the only thing we have. It's great for me since our local gun club is basically a very nice field with some trashed ranges

My Walmart has no 12 gauge. You have to use the app to get it.

Tonight the site showed 555 Winchester bulk packs in stock. Well, I'll head over and have a look, only about 10 min. drive. When I get to the case nothing, but then a guy comes around the corner and says it's over here. The next isle had a bunch of cases still sitting on the pallet. The stocker said they were checked in. We asked if we could look for what we wanted. She said we're not supposed to, but you guys can. I found the lone case of the 555 packs, and took my 3. First time I've found them since I can remember. What a great night. $23.17 each. I will pass one on to my neighbor who is new to shooting, and will be very appreciative.

the case at our walmart has all kinds of shotgun ammo, I have not seen much of it move since this all started

Went to a gun show today and decided to watch the walmarts in that area for anything showing up.

Low and behold winchester 555 and federal 325 22lr came in stock. Showed up at 6:00 and got the same old it isnt off the truck yet, I dont think we have it, dont know when it will come out song and dance.

Guy who I talked to said to come back at 8:00 and he would see if they had it off the truck by chance...Told him they had brought it out for me before and he said they changed policies and were putting it out at 7AM.

I go back at 8:00 and he brings me out the 325 federals and tells me no more will be sold till 7AM.....

Just checked and everything is out of stock now....

So much for 7AM....

This is what I was told by a friend of mine who works at our WM, they get thier stuff from a Warehouse less than a mile from the store, the ammo does not come on the regular truck now, they have a guy bring over whatever they are getting in a van and it put into the locked managers office until after 7AM, then it is put out. But I have yet to see or get any Win 555 or M22. They only thing I have not seen that said instock or limited was some .243 this week that I was trying to get.

It seems weird they would do that for just your store? I know a few that are by the warehouses and don't do that.

Also my store got a bunch, and I mean a bunch of 556 and 223 in today. Also very small supply of 45
