Old man

I have got an ear worm. "Old Man take a took at my life" by Neil Young. it keeps playing over and over in my head. It started last week after being told I need my fifth surgery in 6 years. I turned 70 last year so I qualify as an old man. I know a lot of people reminiscence about the good old days but in reality the good old days are now for me. If it wasn't for modern medicine I would be a crippled old man in pain sitting around waiting to die. instead I am taking my boat out to go duck hunting in an hour and a half. I remember the pain my father was in toward the end of his life and I now understand what he went thru. Thanks for listening to my rambling this Sunday morning.
