One hand gun

Probably my 3" 60-15 in .357.

I can't believe this many posts and no one has thrown out the obligatory ".22 conversion" or a Glock with 16 different barrels! Disappointing.

Ruger redhawk in 44 Magnum.

Since I'm going to the fires of hell anyway no plastic guns are allowed there. But maybe my 41 s&w as the song goes the devil pokes me with his pitchfork and I shoot him with my 41.

-Definitely a 357 Magnum (versitile, reliable, easy to find ammo)
-Definitely a S&W
-Mine would be blue, but I usderstand the practicality of stainless or nickle.

Likely a 4" L-frame or a 5" Model 27. Both are stronger than the K-frames. From target shooting to hunting to wilderness to self defense these guns would do it all and do it all pretty well.

Ain't gonna happen. When are you guys going to quit asking this!!???!!:confused:

Agreed.

I guess if I had to keep just one handgun out of my meager collection, crazy enough as it sounds it would be this one:

I know it's just a Taurus PT92B, but for some reason I just like this pistol a bunch. I've handled and fired other PT92B's but there's something about this particular one that speaks to me. I'm not even the original owner. I used to own a couple Beretta 92FS'. I couldn't get used to the awkward slide mounted safety. I sold the Berettas. Two years goes by and I miss the Beretta's. I see this PT92B in the used case. I bought it on a whim. It's 15 years old. I really wish I could explain why I like this gun as much as I do, but I can't.

686 no J frame no 686 no J frame no 686 no J frame no mdl 18 let's face it we gotta keep at least three!

It would be almost too difficult to think about but if I had too it would be this one.

My Carry pistol a Sig P228 9mm

The 686-3 SS 6" purchased new in 1993. The very last one they'll pry my cold dead fingers from. Of all my firearms (there are some very sentimental ones) practicality dictates this one as the last line of defense.
