Thanks sip. I remember drooling over those back around 1957 in a local hardware store. This is the first picture I have seen of any since then. I believe they had them also in gold red/pink and a green/turquoise. Its been kind of like did I really remember them like that since I havent seen them again until now.

Isn't pastel revolvers an action adventure movie staring Meryl Streep, Carmen Diaz, and Whooptydo Goldberg as undercover DEA agents on the Arizona border that bring down the entire Mexican drug cartel? Rosanne Barr stars as the federal judge, and Glenn Close as the sexy local chief of police. Julia Robers stars as an aging stripper who becomes enamored with Whooptydo Goldberg.

This movie has everything you can imagine. Don't miss it.

I graduated from high school in 1955. I remember pastel clothespins, and mink revolvers that were said to be popular with the Beverly Hills types. ;)

Doesn't Taurus still make some snubbies in weird colors?

I am not going to admit to how many of those I remember.

My Dad had Altec Lancing Voice of the Theater Speakers is as much as I will say!:D

Wow!! It says that scented bullets are also available..."so he'll always remember who killed him."

That's what I need...scented bullets. I wonder if you have a choice of fragrance. Old Spice maybe? Or perhaps Bay Rhum for those "old-fashioned, down-to-earth kind of guys."

I beginning to think there's an un-tapped market here, folks.

My experience exactly. In 1957 was in Ott's Sporting Goods on State Street in Santa Barbara to buy some gym clothes for Junior High and walked past the gun counter (as I always did) to see what was there. One of the items under glass was a turquoise revolver that must have been the one in this photo.

I knew it wasn't a false memory, but I had never seen a reference to one or run across a photo until today.
