PC 627 Cylinder Change?

Am I able to get a fluted cylinder for my PC 627?
Where?
How much will it cost?
Any reason I shouldn't?

Send it back to the factory. I had one installed a couple of years ago for $214 or so including shipping. Looks just like it came that way. I would expect the price to be more today.

I purchased a cylinder second hand for my 627pc. Was going to get it converted to 9mm. Project was put on hold though due to needing to buy other guns, like 95% of any gun project I start.

I thought I was the only one that happens to? Make for a very large collection though Some day when Im old and grey Ill have lots of projects to keep me busy.
