No the very rare occasion I drink a carbonated sweetened drink its Coke. One of my Ex's was a died in the wool Pepsi drinker, perhaps, that is one of the reasons we split up;).

When I drink soda, I prefer Dr Pepper (by the way, there IS no period in Dr), but when I drink cola I prefer Coke.

Pepsi is too sweet, and tastes flat.

Beer

Haven't drand soda in about 10 years. Seemed more like a child's drink. And now that I think about it out of everyone I know, those who have soda in the house also have kids. Every one else....beer

Coke in a glass bottle only, and manufactured in France using the original formula. USA coke tastes like the proverbial poop.

In the 50's and 60's, make it a Pepsi. They changed their formula and I swapped to coke (actually diet coke). If Pepsi went back to their original formula, then I may swap back.

We-we :D must cost the dickens to ship yer soda over eh?

I remember in Germany the food purity laws made bottlers use real cane sugar..... MUCH better..... but I didnt drink a lot of soda there.. the beer was cheaper :D

I rarely drink soda, but when I do I prefer Coke bottled in Mexico were they still use real sugar.

I would have mentioned glass bottled Coke from Mexico, but the source of their water leaves a whole lot to be desired. The water they use makes Brooklyn's dead animal waste, oil contaminated, human waste repository, fetid garbage dump, should be designated a Superfund/Love Canal site, the Gowanus Canal, look like fresh bottled mountain water from the Swiss Alps.

Mt Dew...it is a Pepsi product after all....:D

Only way I like Coke is with a certain black label mixed with it...:p

Ill take Coca Cola over Pepsi any day. Pepsi makes me feel like its rotting my stomach in the process. However, since I voted "other" ill take Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, Cream Soda, anything by Nehi, as well as anything from Shasta as well.

Diet coke and diet Barqs-but choosing coke vs pepsi-I go with coke-much more complex flavor-a bit more sublime than Pepsi. Although I occssionally walk on the wild side and go with a diet Dr. Pepper. (for those of you who wonder-I'd much rather take the 150 calories that I would get in a reg'lar soft drink and put them to better use, like pretzels:D)

Another vote for RC. To me, Pepsi is too sweet and Coke is just not as good. Ale 8 one (i.e Winchester swamp water) is my close second favorite.

I am a Mountain Dew guy especially the throw back made with real sugar. It doesn't have that syrupy consistency to it like the regular stuff. I will NEVER drink anything that is diet, those artificial sweeteners are nasty and the health risks associated with it, no thank you!
Oh, and of the two choices, prefer Pepsi but will drink Coke when it's all there is!!!

From the pepsi generation. A few years ago I was hobby collecting pepsi stuff like wall mount bottle openers, advertising thermometer, coolers, anything to do with Pepsi and decorated my garage. Always harder to find and more expensive than the Coke stuff. Once when I was asking for it, little brother popped me above the eye brow with a full 16 oz. bottle of Coke and I had to lay down for awhile, well heck we were high school age. Never cared for Coke Cola afterwards.

Coca-Cola foe me. I even like the new Coke "Zero". But if you ever get a chance to try Kosher Coke, take it. It's sometimes available during the Jewish high holy days in larger cities. Very much like that old time cola of the past.
