Pinky extention

Just called Smith &Wesson about ordering a pinky extention for my extra mag. for my new .40c customer service said it will be in the mail today. I asked how much he said free of charge. Can't beat that deal thanks Smith.

Same thing for me.... They should just ship them with the magazines to begin with.

I agree and this is the way companies should be run. Treat your customer fair and they WILL return time and time again.

Same here. Called and had it about 10 days later. Can't ask for more.

Mine came the next day. But I only live about one town away from Smith.

I did the same thing when I bought my 40c. I called and they asked how many i wanted and had them in a week.
