Pizza...........!!

Remember the street it was on?

There's one on the southwest corner of Center Ridge and Wagar, next door to Chipotle and across the street from Westgate Mall (now outdoor shopping center). I don't know how long they've been there.

There's also a place called "The Woods" across the street from the strip mall where Giant Eagle is, just west of there. I don't know if they serve pizza. It wouldn't surprise me.

I just checked, and apparently at one time it was "Dominic’s Pizza". They still serve pizza there.

Seems like the A Frame was Pizza Village. Had my first Indecker(sp) beer there. I will see if I can google the street. Was that mall westgate?

The mall that's across the street from The Woods is just a little strip mall.

Westgate was an indoor mall, now converted to outdoor. They're about 1/4 mile apart, I guess.

I can't believe no one has mentioned a place that exists in most areas of the US, and the pizza is both excellent and cheap - Sam's Club. Either eat it there or take it home and bake it - $5.95 for an 18" pepperoni pizza takeout. They have excellent hot dogs also.

Your killing me. I haven't had pizza of any type let alone that good looking since before June. Think I'll get some in the next couple days.

Coworker is opening a pizza works this summer. He has a trailer mounted masonry oven, wood fired hits 1000 degrees and will do a Neapolitan traditional style in 90 seconds. He will take it to events, breweries and fairs. It weighs about 8000 lbs and holds heat for hours.

My wife makes an excellent pizza though it is rare for us to eat it more than 3-4 times a year. If we go commercial it's Papa Murphy's Chicken garlic.
