Please forgive me I'm a little bit....yes!

She had a bit too much to drink and not enough to eat.

So what made Carey seem so hazy? Wednesday at the People’s Choice Awards, Carey was asked that question backstage in a roundabout way, and she said it was a combination of things: being with her “Precious” director Lee Daniels for the first time in awhile, not eating, celebrating the movie’s success and, as is often the case at awards shows, a bit of bubbly. “There’s a time for celebration and a time for not, but really, technically, it’s kind of like a party atmosphere…we had splashes of champagne, and I love Lee but he’s a bad influence,” she said with a smile.

She's always been a good person. You never hear of garbage circulating around her. If this is the worst of it, she's done better than most people.

Is she really that dumb?
Undoubtedly, and if you CARE, you're one in a million when it comes to straight men and gay women.

NOBODY looks to Mariah Carey for her insight and wisdom. Many of us on the other hand look to her for a couple of other things. She's not a bad singer either...

Better living through materials science!

I just naturally assume that any actor, singer or musician is a dolt unless demonstrated to the contrary. None of those things requires the capacity for rational thought or even common sense for the most part.

An actor doesn't have to think like Thomas Jefferson. He just has to "act" like him, whether he has the slightest understanding of the lines he's uttering.

A singer has even less need for what they referred to on "Monty Python" as any "sensory apparatus". A finely tuned ear and voice and an empty skull are in no way mutually exclusive.

On top of the heap....

OK She's on the top of the heap. Heap of what is my question. Truly, good for her if she's a good person. Her attributes(singing) are not my interest. Hey, do you suppose she will make the news with another "STAR" by the name of Tiger Woods? Just a thought........Sprefix

She's a girl with an incredible, one in 100 million voice. Sadly, over time she's become obsessed with appearance rather than just the music, and I imagine that sucks.

She looked beautiful, together and real when she was young . . . before she bought herself that goofy-looking, over-sized "pair."

Now, I suspect even that alteration won't suffice for her "handlers." I suspect she is beginning to mourn the aging process and fear she's going to lose her attractiveness . . . and thus her financial backers and high pressure management team to a new, fresh face.

The sad, lonely life of a sheltered diva who can't trust the folks around her seeking to screw her in many various types of ways.

Poor little rich gal . . . I wonder if she longs for the "good old days" when she could just be herself. Another sad, sad ending in the making, I suspect, to a beautiful and talented girl.
