Finally the real reason so many foreign born people are speaking up more often and more passionately for the 2nd amendment - we don't know what freedom is because we haven't lost it.

COMMUNISM SURVIVOR BLASTS SALEM GUN GRABBERS: "YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT FREEDOM IS!" - YouTube

Dare a gun grabber to watch this and not be affected by it.

I understand the standard "This is America, it won't happen like that here" argument. In truth they are probably correct for the short term; but think about the changes over the last fifty years and project those changes over the next fifty.

Will the current politicians round up people and execute them? I don't believe that they will. Will politicians in 50-100 years from now? I don't know, but I know I am not going to bet my descendants lives on it...... Will you?

Powerful testimony. I regret I could not get down to Salem, but I am thankful this man and others on our side did. The gun grabbers do not want to acknowledge the truth that history shows us, but hopefully testimony from those who have first hand experience will change some minds.

I'm not a social network kind of guy, but I'll put it out there the best I can. Thanks for posting.

Snip.....

but think about the changes over the last fifty years and project those changes over the next fifty.

and snip...

Well that didn't take long, I've already been corrected on this part....

Another person told me "By over the last fifty years, you really meant over the last 10-12, right?"

I have to admit, the pace of negative change seems to be increasing.

I also want to point out that there is a link to a transcription on the YouTube page if you have trouble understanding everything he said. The transcription isn't nearly as good as the testimony though.

I think the US are redoing a lot of mistakes we did already in Europe.

I am from Europe and out of experience I feel that a lot of Americans don't know the value of the Constitution and the great freedom we are giving up... What the hell is that for an America where a mayor tries to tell people how big their drink should be?
Most people don't fight for the 2A because they think it is just there for gun loving people, they do not understand that if that Amendment gets infringed, they better get used to strip searching as the infringement of the 2A was just the beginning.

They said it would never happen... And 6million people were gazed.. They said nobody ever wants to build a wall, Germany got split in half, they said it would never happen and...

I, as a legal immigrant to the US, planning on serving this country as reserve in the armed forces, see this country heading into a very dangerous direction

It has been happening gradually for quite some time and the majority just don't see it, like a slow leak undermining the foundation to your house. You are not even aware there is a problem until cracks start showing up and by then it might be reparable or not. The assault on the 2nd amendment has a portion of the populace riled up, but they are in the minority. Fortunately, a very vocal minority. But the 1st amendment has been eviscerated for years now and we have accepted it. Try putting your personal opinion out there on a prominent politician, or telling a cop to get out of your face, or stupidly make a negative comment about your employer in any public forum...and see what happens. Jail time for a threat, resisting arrest without violence, fired. And we have been trained to accept all this as a normal consequence for speaking one's mind. The attack on the 2nd amendment will progress the same way I suspect, until the gun buried in the back yard is the only one possible and you won't be able to tell a living soul you have it.

This man is right on.....I think many Vets that have seen what has happened in other countries realize what he is talking about. In Vietnam...the VC would come into a village...rape the chiefs wife and daughters in front of him and then kill them...this is how they would intimidate them.....they had no means to resist.
If anyone thinks it can not happen here...think again...look at Germany...they thought nothing like that could happen there. We need to stand behind our Constitution and Bill of Rights ....even if some elected officals dont get it. We need to do it for the sake of our future generation. Many good men died for my freedom. My father fought the Japaneese in WW2 and many other good men ...we are free today because of their sacrifice. I will not let their sacrifice be invein and I will do my part to defend our God Given Freedom from anyone that thinks they can take it...foreign or domestic and I hope all American will settle for no less. We owe the next generation the same freedom we have all enjoyed....and don't think that some are not trying to take it bit by bit.....I say...not one more inch, we have had enough and we will not surrender our freedom or our guns...not even a little at a time. Freedom is precious and those that have never seen the other side may not understand until its too late.
