Polishing DIY Instructions Please

can someone show me some pictures or give me some instructions of which exact parts need polishing for better ejections, loads, and what i need to polish for the JP kit

I too am interested in how and what to polish. I have yet to install the 4# JP kit I have. If I'm in that deep I'd like to polish her up too.

I watched the gunsmith do it. He used special polishing stones of varying grits. They looked almost like slabs of marble.
