This is good news to hear. Someone was wondering if nurses were chasing him. When I have been in hospital I don't make them chase me.

I am remiss in not getting back to this thread sooner.
Forgive me for that.
My best excuse is that I had more surgery in July. That made 3 major operations in 7-1/2 months: December, January, and July. This last one was the toughest.
They beat me up pretty badly.
My surgeons were skilled and dedicated. I have made a remarkable recovery and life is not too bad. I am back to a full schedule and feeling strong (for an old man).
I read this entire thread.
I am deeply touched by, and grateful for, the sentiments expressed here. My sincere thanks to you all.
I am very thankful to The Lord for my recovery. There are still some things I'd like to accomplish before I die.
How 'bout I just thank you instead?
For all I know, these prayers saved my life. I know they did me no harm.
Again, my gratitude to you all.
May God's hand be upon you and yours, and may you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.
