I'd like to ask for your prayers once again. I'm almost certain my heart has gone back into Afib. It started yesterday, but this morning it was a little better. So I talked to my cardiologist's nurse and she has me coming in tomorrow morning to hook up a holter monitor. But since I talked to her earlier today, my heart is back to the way it was last night. So they may just do a ECG instead of the holter. I was really hopeful the Afib wouldn't return after the cardioversion, but....

I just wanted to update everyone, and to thank all of you for your prayers and positive thoughts. I went in Thursday morning for my blood work (because of being on Coumadin, a strong blood thinner), which came out fine, and also had the holter monitor hooked up. But it wasn't a 24 hour one, it was a 48 hour monitor. I think it's a good idea, as if there's only occasional afib, there's a better chance of catching it. I've felt ok since having the monitor put on. Sort of like a toothache that stops hurting when you get to the dentist. But, being on heart meds, it may still be happening and I'm just not feeling it. I have 3 more hours to go before I can unhook all these wires and turn the monitor in. And I will be so glad to get these wires off of me! It's not so bad during the day, but sleeping with wires all over your chest and the monitor itself is a pain! I won't get any results probably until mid week. I'll update then. Thanks!
