So far so good. EB's blood pressure has remained stable. Last night they were planning on suctioning her lungs to prevent pneumonia and prep her for a feeding tube. I haven't heard how well that went, but no news is good news. The plan is to conduct another MRI sometime today or tomorrow to gauge the actual success of the surgery and to determine what the next course of treatments or surgery will be.
A fund has been set up at a local bank to assist her parents with expenses. If you feel inclined to donate, contact me via email or private message and I will give you the banking information. You can mail it directly to the bank in her name. Thanks again. Keep the prayer chain rolling.

Just wanted to say thanks again for all of the prayers and well wishes up to this point. I have a new update, and it's promising.
The Doctors have brought EB out of her coma, she has opened her eyes and moved her a arms a little. Her mother was allowed to touch her for the first time since Friday. They are also weening her off of the paralytics used to keep her movement down. She had a CT scan this morning and handled it well. The next MRI is still in the works to check the surgical results. EB is a fighter.
