I found a pair of Magna Diamond grips for the ‘57 M&P that I posted here about a couple of weeks ago. The wood got a good scrub down, I’ve got a couple of dents to try and steam out next. The grip medallions are another subject though, they look bad.
So, does anybody know besides eBay where I might get a pair? I’ve got a set of non Diamond grips that are not the best of shape and I guess I could liberate them if necessary but I still hate to destroy a usable set of grips.
The grips I need the medallions for are S/N 593942 that puts them 1942 and earlier.
And second, are those silver soldered to the metal cup? That’s what it appears to me but I’m no expert.
