Since you didn't make mention exactly what you were looking for...Do you need the Complete Rear Assy. or just a Sight Blade Kit?? If you're just looking for a Sight Blade Kit...Need to know the Barrel Length as well!! Let us know & we'll go from there!!

Unfortunately...To the best of my knowledge...S&W hasn't sold just the Rear Target Sight Body "Only" for quite some time!! I'd say your best chance of coming up with what you're looking for is to Post a WTB Ad in Our Forum Classifieds...Or check in on eBay & GB to see if they offer anything!! Sorry I couldn't help more!!

Brownell has a square sight tang change sight blade . Be sure of length from front screw hole to rear stud if it fits yous.

Have you tried calling or emailing S&W customer service? Even if the sight is no longer available, they may be able to give you the correct part number for your model 625, based on its serial number.
That is for a K frame, in the description it says 38 & 357
