Pre war 2 screw sight

Can someone familiar with these sights suggest a brand of screwdriver that fits these very small screws?

Also school me on vertical adjustment procedure with these two screws.

You can find these screwdrivers in a set made by different companies.Those supplied by S&W made by The L.S. Starrett Co. in Athol Mass., U.S.A.

As you can see in the photo, it's the type S&W actually supplied with their pre war target pistols:

Adjustment:

Loosen the front vertical lock screw by backing it out.
Adjust the rear vertical screw up or down to zero the bullet impact point.
Turn the front screw in until tight.
