Precision ONe Ammunition

Everyone who has a 380 micro pistol should watch the video on post #38!!!
I have followed and relied on Ammo Quest and Lucky Gunner ammo test for years. I purchase my carry ammo on their combined test results.
I shoot and carry Precision One ammo in my BG for concealed carry. Never had any malfunctions with it (shoots a small group at 7 yards). The only comment I have is that when you buy ammo, check to be sure that you order NEW not remanufactured. Thanks Hhill1956!

Well, it's six years later and I see someone has resurrected this thread; a couple times. So, I'll post an update to my initial experience with PRECISION ONE Ammunition...

I recently added my first revolver chambered in .44 Special. After an extensive search, I found some offered online through 'Outdoor Limited' by PRECISION ONE Ammunition. Considering the times we're in, prices were reasonable, and the ammo was available. So, I ordered two (2) fifty round boxes of FN / FMJ for target and one (1) fifty round box of XTP / JHP for carry. This time, the professionally litho's boxes were affixed with a white label that included "New" and the muzzle velocity, as well as all other expected information. A significant improvement over six years ago!

While I haven't had an opportunity to get to the range yet, the rounds appear to to have been manufactured to the highest standards. After I get a chance to send some downrange, I'll update this post.

Came into 5 cases of 9MM 147GR HP/XTP from Precision One in a trade for a 1980's era Grendel 380 I found in my safe that I'd forgotten I had. So far I've shot 2 boxes and haven't had any issues.

The Grendel P10 was a unique top loading 380 but I figured if I ain't shot it since I bought it, I didn't need to hold onto it.

I would never buy ammo from a company that does take returns, think about it.
Unfortunately I have a job that requires me to work with some rude customers, the ones that are not rude are the ones that get free bees.
I bought some 25-35 win ammo by mistake, needed 25 rem......my mistake no swearing or yelling needed, now I have an excuse to buy another gun

I have yet to see a Nevada store accept returned ammo sold by them.
Why would a company be any different, for safty reasons?

I have several purchases through them without a problem....they are located outside Charleston SC.....you have to note when ordered whether its new or remanufacture......but it clearly gives you the option.....their prices were comparable or slightly less at the height of the ammo crazy....but I have since found much cheaper online.....for 9mm, 38 special, and 357 mag

Gun show buyer beware! If they were in a clear bag, it should have been obvious. If not and the seller will not allow you to examine the contents, go elsewhere. Years ago, when I still gave a sh*t about gun shows, I bought three boxes of "9mm Nato M882", in nice military boxes. Seller didn't want to open the boxes. "I don't want them damaged". I took a chance on them. I ended up with two boxes of reloads, which I tossed, and one of commercial Remington. They worked, but lesson learned.
