Looking to possibly unload 3 revolvers to fund a other project. But would like an idea as to how much to ask. So here goes.
49 no dash. It's got a spotty finish on the sides. S&w installed a new pawl, extractor, and reset the b/c gap. Have receipt although of course I don't expect to recoup that $$. It's more for proof that s&w went through the gun. This is a "floating j" gun. Stocks numbered to it. No box/papers. I'm guessing $300-350?
Next up is a 10-5. Another one with some finish wear. There is a small pit? in the barrel. Not sure what it is and very hard to get a picture of it. Anyway, this has a sweet trigger and is my most accurate gun I have. Some marks on the barrel and a few rust spots under the grips. I asked on here and got a 66-67 for the year. A seriously great shooter! Stocks number to gun. No box/papers. I'm guessing $300ish?
Lastly I have a 64-5 NY-1. This was said to be an 88 so it's an earlier one. This does not have the vapor hone finish. Not sure if its early enough for the standard finish or if the finish was removed. No idea when that changeover occurred. However I would guess that this was not an original vapor hone gun since its earlier. I have the original DAO hammer and the pachmayr (sp?) grips also. Could ship the gun with either configuration. Excellent shooter. No box/papers. Decided not to move this one!
