I am very dismayed as to why there is a Progressive Insurance ad here on the Forum! The owner of Progressive is vehemently anti-gun and wants all guns banned! I personally dropped my car insurance with them as soon as I found out about there anti-gun stance! Maybe everyone is not aware of this. Are there any other Forum members that are aware of this? Your thoughts please....Thank you...

Dont use them but hadnt heard about the anti-gun thing either. In fairness, I think you should back up what you say with proof. I dont know if you are right or wrong, just thinking it needs backing. I wouldnt want someone arbitarly saying something about me without the goods.

I wish I had the money to write you a check to cover your expenses, Lee, not that I object to any ads or anything about this forum. I have tried to help some, and will more in the future. I think you do a GREAT job, as do the mods. I think this is the best forum going.

i think we were all aware that there were going to be adds shown to help keep the cost down so we can enjoy this great forum and the work that Lee does to provide us with a wonderful place to go.

They run ads on all of the gun shows on cable. Those folks don't seem to mind the income.

I will smile quietly to myself, knowing that money from some left-wingers is helping each of us "gun lovers" express our First Amendment and Second Amendment rights. Ain't freedom (and capitalism!) great???!!!

Yep! That's what I was thinking.
Talk about turning it around, I love the fact that an anti gun group is spending their money to advertise on Google, and it ends up supporting a Gun Forum!And I don't even buy their insurance.......

I have progressive because they saved me bunch of money over allstate... guess I will have to check into USAA and see what they will run me, they send me enough letters in the mail!
