PROTOCOL QUESTION FOR LEE JARRETT

I made an extensive effort to answer the What's happening with the S&W lifetime warranty thread. Links to the S&W site, and so on. My post is no longer available, along with some others.

There seems to be no other way to contact you except publicly so, here I am. Did I do something wrong?

You want a family safe forum. I do my best to keep my posts in those parameters. I'm trying to understand what may be going on. Will you kindly explain? My E-mail is posted in my profile or publicly, either way.

I did not delete it, so I have no clue. A better way to find out would be to post the question in THAT thread.
When a Mod edits a thread, they usually watch it to see if anything else develops. I stumbled across your question here quite by accident while looking for something else.

I went back to the Forum's admin area/control panel and looked at/for any deleted posts from this thread and there are none shown. Are you sure your post was completed and visible to the thread? I don't know what to say, except that there is not evidence of any individual posts being deleted back throught the 26th.

I can't swear it was correctly completed but that's my best recollection. But I may have CRS.

No biggy if it went into the ether unintentionally from anyone's inadvertent action or inaction. I just didn't want it to be because of any offensive content I might have included without realizing it.

This thread can go away, AFIC. Thanks again.

Bob, just so you know, your post did make it originally. I saw it, a compete listing of S&W's current warranty along with a link to verify your post. Not sure what happened to it, but it was there at one time.

After this, I double-checked. SmithNut is correct- there is no record of the post being deleted, edited, or moved.

Maybe 45WG is thinking of one of the other posts in that thread?
I have, on many occasions, lost a post accidentally, so I can tell you several ways to do it.

cajun lol. for some reason i can always remember the out behind the barn saying.i was giving bob a bad time about what crs stands for. i can recall with great ease the definition of crs, but i dont want to sit on the out side of the sw forum looking in, so i will just drop it. oh oh does just drop it give out a clue that might get me in trouble???
