Question for all the motorcycle riders!

As someone who has had two accidents on a motorcycle that involved hitting something hard (neither were my fault), I will not carry on my person when riding. When I ride the dual sport off-road, I'll put my Shield Plus in a pocket holster and put it in the tail bag. I have occasionally put it in a tank bag on one of the road bikes.

Although I don't ride as many miles as I once did. I only ride about 6k miles a year these days, but when I do, I carry in my Fox Creek jacket pocket. And IWB when stop for the necessities.

I always wear full protective gear-Aerostich Darien Jacket and Pants. J frame in a pocket holster on the lower snap closure pant pocket, strong side. Carried there for 2+ decades and a LOT of miles. Nary an issue.

My usual riding jacket has an inside CC pocket on both sides, if I don't have one in both I usually put it in right side as I know my throttle hand must remain where it is.

I went down back in 1992 at 130+...what I had in my pockets didn't add or detract from the pain! :)
