DIL sent me this pic of my baby grands in the midst of some snow joy on Long Island today.

"There's no joy like kids and snow joy" What a great pic. As yet unencumbered by the complexities and contradictions of adult life. Enjoy it while you can, kids!

They replaced our Pisten Bully 100 snowcat with this Husky Prinoth.

The Pisten Bully gave us a lot of trouble. Some problems that Pisten Bully
had no answers to.

These Husky snowcats are supposed to be great machines. I sure hope so.

Surprise Property Inspection

My wife and I manage a small apartment complex here in town, and today we had a surprise inspection. They seemed pleased:

There is a world of difference between tradional cheeses and what we produce over here. I remember the cheese my father bought when I was a kid having a very sharp bite. The stuff we get now-meh!

I don't know if it's available in the US, but the best 5 y.o. Ontario cheddar is SHARP. (Rumor has it, each package comes with 2 Band-Aids™)
