45th Mid America Ford & Shelby Nationals

Every year just before Fathers Day they have a large get-together consisting of a couple days at the Hallet roadcourse, one day at the Tulsa Drag Strip, a cruise, & then ending with a car show on Sunday, Father's Day.

I used to go almost every year but I haven't been in about five years because it's always been too hot or stormy. This year, surprise, the high was only 80 degrees, clear & low humidity. No excuse not to go.

Seems like it's gotten smaller over the years but they still had a pretty good group there. Here are few pics from the first day of the road course event, which I like the most.
