This is a cross between a full-blooded wolf and a full-blooded coyote. He's kept as a "guard dog" at a motorcycle shop in Lowell AZ, a suburb of Bisbee where my mother was born in 1912. He's taking a frolic in a plastic play pool in front of the shop here. If I were a burglar, I think I'd go somewhere else to ply my trade. This boy has free rein of the shop at night and you can often see him peering out of an upstairs window there.

TRUE BLOOD

This happened many years ago. Who would imagine this small Calico, Tarn, could have done this much damage? Summer, I'm wearing shorts and she decides to play. Hooks me in the calf with one claw. Right in a vein!! It just wouldn't stop. To get it stopped took a wad of paper towels and 3 ft. of duct tape. Left it in place for 3 days.
