Gun was pawned in my city last week, was stolen from an individual up in the DFW metroplex in June of 2001. Got the offense report from the agency and they were able to locate the victim, still up in that area. Presented the information to my local judge, obtained the seizure order and now have it in our property and evidence room. After twenty (20) days the victim can come and get it.
