Red dot for M&P9 Shield

I have a M&P9 Shield that would like to mount a red dot. I bought it a couple years ago, Type: PISTI on the box, not sure gen, has manual safety.

Is there a red dot sight available to slide in the rear dovetail? Thanks!

I know there are adapter plates that slide into the dovetail and make it so an RDS can be mounted, however they add significant height. A milled slide would be ideal, but if you're looking for that solution this is what you'd be looking for:

That's one of many, and they all offer different profiles.

Seeing Dots

The Leupold Deltapoint Micro it’s new. Slim and trim,

Knock out the Rear Sight. Slide dovetail blank replacement
in. Screw Deltapoint on.
