Red Sox vs. Yankees!

Well at least you guys got to watch the games! They have been putting the Astros in the daytime so they could show the big market Yankees/Sox and the west coast Dodgers games in prime time. The Astros have been playing great baseball with nobody watching and getting sunburns.Trying to find Astro's baseball on TV is kinda like trying to find the Trump appreciation show on CNN.
I had Friday and Monday scheduled off since the beginning of the year. Worked out great. I got to watch all three games. It was a sin that they scheduled it like that.

My late mother was born in 1934 and lived the first 70 years of her life rooting for the Red Sox knowing without a doubt that she would be disappointed in September and October. She finally got to see them win in 2004 and again in 2007 and 2013. Small pleasures are sometimes the best.
I was worried that the Red Sox had used it all up in their incredible regular season, and would be flat in the playoffs. Sox were flat going in, and Yankees seemed to be surging; bad combo in my view. Well, after that 16-1 blowout in game 3, it looks like they may be back to their awesome form, we'll see...
Love to see the Sox beat the Yankees, it's the way it should be.... Spend my youth seeing things always go the other way, so this is nice! Go Sox!!

How can you not root for the team that gave us this guy?
I actually saw him play when he was with St. Louis.
Uecker said he was scared he would keep Sandy Koufax out of the HOF because he hit a HR off of him.
