Has the new RemArms been making good guns? Or is it the same poor quality that Freedom was putting out?

Have read some good reviews lately especially on the 870 Fieldmaster shotgun. Improved finish over that cheap Express and now with walnut. The new 700 Alpha sounds like decent quality with the Timney trigger added. The 870 Wingmaster and 1100 is back also. Hope they come back strong. Plan to buy the 870 Fieldmaster in 20 soon. Price in the $500 range. Moved everything to La Grange Georgia earlier this year. Hope they can compete in the market.

So, they have are totally ****. The company wad bought by a bunch of ignorant democrats that don't know jack about guns. To many problems to list. Get one under 1990 on GB

No first hand experience with the new ones but hearing they are back near par with the older ones from the folks in my circles. There WAS initially a huge problem-with video and photographs I seen of the wood of the pistol grip on a shotgun standing almost 3/16 inch "proud" of the metal at the joint-almost as if the guns were just assembled from NOS mismatched parts.
