Remember Nancy Sinatra?

Never cared a lot for her as a solo, but I kind of enjoyed her work with Lee Hazelwood.

Don't forget her appearance in one of the all-time classic B movies: "Wild Angels" with Peter Fonda.

Never have the two kids of great actors starred in such a bad movie!

This got me to thinking, where are all of my old LP's? I found them in a box in the closet and sure enough the first one I pulled out was Nancy Sinatra "These Boots Are Made For Walking".

Good Memories of Good Times

Class III

I sure was nieve years ago. 35 years ago I sat at a blackjack table kabitzing with her and didnt know who she was. A buddy came up and got me and told me. She was nice and personable.

That was back when I walked down the street with my bolt action 20GA shotgun on my way to and from the woods. Cops would drive by wave, or stop when my game bag was bulging to see what I had and how much. Today I'd be swarmed by the tac squad.

762...My brothers and I used to ride our bikes up to the state capitol grounds with our BB rifles and pellet pistols and set up targets in the woods. The guv mansion was on the grounds. SWAT would be called out now if a kid did that now. It was a simpler and better time to be a kid. This was in the 50's. A friend told me he read a sociological study of happiness and the 50's was a magical time for happiness in the U.S.. The thinking was that when WWII ended everyone wanted to have a normal life and people still had the cohesiveness and spirit of sacrifice that got America through the war.

+1000 there bro.

Thanks for posting.

Brings back lots of great memories.

Modern music and singers don't do much for me. Music of the 50's & 60's..... the older I get, the better they seem to become.
