I have a 4-screw ser# K4100xx K-22 mfg.1960. The fired cases get very stuck in the cylinder in all six charge hole positions It looks like the cases are swaged into the star and rim cut by the firing "pin". I did a real scrub of the cut and the cylinder. Any suggestions?

That is a common situation with S&W K22s. They have tight chambers. The permanent answer is to use a .22 finish reamer to ream each chamber to standard width. There is a member here who has the tools to do this that he is loaning them around to other members to use to fix their K22s. Check in the Smithing section for the info.
