I joined Sept 2008 after I purchased a SW40VE. I bought snap caps and shot it. Only problem I ever had was just to lazy to shoot it enough to get used to it. I sold it and bought a Beretta 9000s in 40 S&W. My daughter won me a SW9VE about 1 1/2 years ago. I plan on keeping it. My newest (to me) is a 686-5 7 shot. I paid $275.00 came with a box and manuals. Looks great, shoots great., anything I need to know about it. Back years ago I had a model 19 combat magnum and a model 29, wish I still had them. The present ones I intend to keep. I think the SWVE is the best gun deal on the market personally. JMO Chas9
