Picked up a sweet Roy's holster on ebay. I probably paid too much but I really wanted a period holster to go with my late 70's 19-4.

Great looking setup, super sweet old Roy's you scored there as well.

Hard to go wrong with any of Roy's holsters or other goods. His shop was just a hop, skip and a jump over the state line from my town. In the early to mid 80's, just about every LEO in the area was wearing Roy's holsters, duty rig's.

He also made an awesome shoulder holster called 'Hidden Thunder'. I keep hoping to stumble onto one someday.

Currently, I have 5 or 6 of Roy's holsters. 3-4 of them pancake rig's, and 2 'Tom Threepersons' style. I'm plumb fool about em'.

That's very nice! I don't have any of Roy's Holsters, but I am getting quite a collection of Robs from Simply Rugged. Big fan of Roy's pancake design.

Nice.

I've still got a couple of old Roy's pancakes for a Commander, one each in black & brown. I remember buying one of them, and the other one was given to me by someone when they were doing some annual cleaning out of their locker at work many years ago.

Also have a Roys pancake holster for my 13/3, well made and excellent fit/function.

I also have several of Roy's holsters they are great for the 2 1/2 model 19's and the colt cobras. the best carry holsters I have .
