Rusty Update **New Update Post 306**

I just got off the phone with him. Told him to send me a text in his words of his prognosis.

He actually sounds better today than he has in a week. Rusty's a fighter!

"I'm gonna be in the hospital for a while and I have my work cut out for me.

It appears to be pancreatic cancer. They have to determine where it is in the pancreas and if it has spread. It is now a waiting game. I will hit this head on.

My bed feels like a sack of toasters."

I was afraid of this.
Hopefully they caught it early enough.
My Dad was diagnosed in Sept. 2012 with stage 3 PC.
Surgery and chemo and radiation.
He went in to have a pacemaker put in, in 2018 when his heart gave out on the table.
Funny part was he had just had a body scan that came back clear the week before.
Keep fighting Rusty.

Oh man...I appreciate this update but certainly hate to read this news about Rusty. He and Ruthie are fighters, though, and seem to have plenty of support from family and his forum friends.
